A few words about our departments

Technology and Product Team

Our tech and delivery team make up the majority of our employees at Paymark and fall into a few different departments, like Digital, Operations, Certification, Security and Architecture, but are united in the pursuit of delivering new payment experiences to help NZ businesses succeed.

The Product team dream up the new ways of paying for stuff, as well as keeping our current products at the forefront of the market. Our Product teams are responsible for setting the vision for our services and ensure we remain competitive.

Sales and Marketing Team

The Sales team sell our products, help to keep our customers happy and look after our various partnerships.

Our awesome Marketing team then take these products and services and promote them to existing and new customers as well as designing Go To Market strategies and some of the best videos you’ve ever seen!

People Team

The People team are all passionate about creating an engaging, supportive and rewarding environment for our people here. We endeavour to make your experience as seamless as possible when it comes to hiring, onboarding, development, reward and off boarding.

Customer Support Hub

Our Customer Support Hub team are committed to delivering the best service for our customers and they have the numerous awards to prove it! The team is made up of Team Supervisors, Customer Solutions Support, Customer Administration & Onboarding, and Operations Analysts.

Governance and Public Affairs Team

The Governance and Public Affairs Team are passionate about providing expert legal opinion, robust commercial decision making and ensure that all operations are compliant with relevant legislation and that all risks are mitigated and thought through.

Finance Team

The Finance team at Paymark is small, nimble and efficient and ensures the financial, facilities management, service desk and commercial elements at Paymark are in good stead. We are tasked with providing stewardship of Paymark''s assets and ensuring the business is well supported to operate effectively and make well informed and considered decisions.
