Why can I no longer see Heartland Bank when I pay with Online EFTPOS?

Heartland Bank are doing work to their platform and are needing to disable Online EFTPOS while they undertake this. We look forward to Heartland Bank reactivating Online EFTPOS when the time is right.

Why do I get an error when I select Heartland Bank to pay with Online EFTPOS?

From 25th July 2022, Heartland Bank customers can no longer make a purchase online with Online EFTPOS. Some merchants are still making the necessary changes to their website which means you may still see Heartland Bank as a payment option.

What happens if there’s an issue with a payment I’ve already made?

We will securely retain the transaction details for a period of time so if you have an issue with a payment, the merchant you purchased from can still access the necessary details.

What happens if I need a payment refunded?

The merchant you purchased from can still perform a refund.
