Ultimately our goal is to help our entire customer base get stuff done with MyPaymark, however we’re at the very beginning of our journey.

MyPaymark is currently limited to customers who only have one Merchant ID. That means that if you have more than one store, MyPaymark isn’t quite ready for your business just yet.

  • View and search your last seven days of transactions
  • View your settlement numbers for yesterday, and see today’s build in real-time
  • View, print and download the last 12 months your Paymark invoices
  • Sign-in or register for Insights
  • Access handy FAQs

What new features are coming up and why can’t I use them now?

Good things take time. We have a team dedicated to constantly refining and releasing new features. That means we are constantly using your feedback to improve current features, while also building and deploying new features. 

Right now we are working hard to bring the following new features to you in the near future:

  • View and update your business details
  • View detailed information about your terminal(s)
  • Start a case for the team to investigate
  • Review your case status and history
  • Access your Click and Paymark Insights directly from MyPaymark
  • Auto-onboarding for new customers and new contacts added to a Paymark account
  • View your contracts and agreements

Ok great. How do I get set-up?

Existing customers can simply drop us a line at [email protected] and let us know what email address(es) you would like to get set up. We’ll then send you an email with a link to get set-up in no time.

When you receive the MyPaymark Welcome Email, simply click the link within the email and you’ll be taken to the MyPaymark logon screen. From there you just need to:

  • Select ‘Forgot your password’ and enter your email address
  • Check your email and click the ‘Forgot Password’ link
  • Enter your new password and click the ‘reset password’ button. You will be taken to the success screen.
  • Select ‘To access MyPaymark login here’

 Note: if you are an existing Paymark Insights customer, you can simply use your Paymark Insights email address and password.

Can I see my transactions broken down by terminal?

Can I see my transactions broken down by terminal?

The Transactions tab displays all transactions across all your terminals for today and the past 7 days. To break this down by terminal, click on the Search Options button and enter the terminal ID and press submit.

Not sure what your terminal ID is? You can find this in your Terminal tab.

Can I see my settlement numbers by terminal?

Can I see my settlement numbers by terminal?

Your Settlement tab displays your settlement numbers for yesterday and today.  Right now this information cannot be broken down by terminal.  

Why can’t I see my invoices in MyPaymark?

Why can’t I see my invoices in MyPaymark?

If you can’t see your invoices, you’re probably charged for your Paymark services via your bank. Paymark does not have access to this information and can only display Paymark invoices.
