Ultimately our goal is to help our entire customer base have the ability to self-serve themselves and their business within MyPaymark, however we’re at the very beginning of our journey.

MyPaymark is currently limited to customers who only have one Merchant ID. That means that if you have more than one store, MyPaymark isn’t quite ready for your business just yet. But watch this space!

We have a team dedicated to constantly refining and releasing new features. Right now you can:

  • Easily access Paymark Insights to view and search transactions and settlement
    • For existing Paymark Insights customers, you can go straight to Paymark Insights from MyPaymark using Single Sign On
    • If you are not an existing Paymark Insights customer, you can sign up using a simple one step registration within MyPaymark
  • View, print and download your Paymark invoices
  • Access handy FAQs
  • View your business details
  • View detailed information about your terminal(s)
  • Create a new case for the team to investigate
  • Review your case status and history

Good things take time. We have a team dedicated to constantly refining and releasing new features. That means we are constantly using your feedback to improve current features, while also building and deploying new features. 

Right now we are working hard to bring the following new features to you in the near future:

  • Add an additional store where you have more than one store
  • Add an additional business if you have more than one business
  • Add other users/guests to MyPaymark and set relevant permissions
  • Update business details
  • View all stores linked to your business if you have more than one store
  • Access Click and Online Eftpos via Single Sign On (2022)

Ok great. How do I get set-up?

Call our friendly award-winning Customer Care team on 0800 PAYMARK (0800 729 627) who will send you an email with a link to get set-up in no time.

When you receive the MyPaymark Welcome Email, simply click the link within the email and you’ll be taken to the MyPaymark login screen. From there you just need to set up your password and login.

Why can’t I see my invoices in MyPaymark?

Why can’t I see my invoices in MyPaymark?

If you can’t see your invoices, you’re probably charged for your Paymark services via your bank. Paymark does not have access to this information and can only display Paymark invoices.

 

How do I get my business information changed?

How do I get my business information changed?

When you need to change details about your business you can create a case with us. 

Once you have clicked on Support, select Update My Business Details. Tell us what you want to change, and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

There is some information that only the bank you have your merchant services with, can change. Please contact your bank’s merchant services team to get the following information changed:
