Finance and Project Delivery

The Finance team operate at the heart of Paymark and are focused on ensuring the financial, commercial and risk elements at Paymark are in good stead. Our Project Delivery team at Paymark is made up of several capability areas - resource capacity planning, project governance, project management, business analysis and terminal certification.

The most important part of Paymark’s success to date, and increasingly in the future, are the passionate bunch of people that work here.The People Team are responsible for ensuring that pretty much everything people related is taken care of. It’s a small team but we have one thing in common: that we all are passionate about creating an engaging, supportive and rewarding environment for the people here.

Product and Marketing

The Products and Marketing team at Paymark is made up of marketers, product managers, technical business analysts and product owners. We are tasked with designing, developing and launching new products, services and solutions as well as enhancing all of our current offerings with new features and functionality. We come from a unique blend of backgrounds but are all united by wanting to keep the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Our legal team ensure robust governance of our business, we provide advice to the company in relation to corporate and commercial issues. We partner with the business by providing legal expertise towards commercial decision making and ensure that all operations are compliant with relevant legislation. We work really collaboratively as a team and support each other in sharing the workload and making it a great place to work.

Our techy team make up the majority of our employees at Paymark and we fall into a few different departments but are united in the pursuit of delivering new payment experiences to help NZ businesses succeed. We’re a supportive and collaborative team, that love nothing more than getting together for a drink or a lunch to celebrate success.

Sales and Service

We’re responsible for creating long-term relationships, managing solutions and sales, and leveraging the value of our payments technology and related services. We do this by working closely with our customers to ensure a complete understanding of their business requirements to add value and make a difference – we are customer obsessed!

Most weeks I take part in the onsite massage and sometimes a quick exercise class. We also have a great wellbeing room, and are welcomed each morning with fresh fruit. It’s stuff like this that makes Paymark a great place to be!

Our award-winning Helpdesk team!

Our Contact Centre Helpdesk team are the heart and soul of Paymark.

Not only do we do fancy dress and shared lunches like no other, but we've also taken out Best Business Support Services at the CRM awards for 5 years running.

From time-to-time we look to add to the team, primarily with Customer Service Representatives. This is such a great entry level into our business, with lots of opportunities to move into other roles and teams across Paymark. As part of our help desk service team, you'll help Kiwi business succeed by handling all sorts of customer queries from Paymark-connected businesses up and down NZ.
