Technology Team

Our tech and delivery team make up the majority of our employees at Paymark and we fall into a few different departments, like Digital, Operations, Certification, Security and Architecture, but are united in the pursuit of delivering new payment experiences to help NZ businesses succeed. We’re a supportive and collaborative team, that love nothing more than getting together for a drink or a lunch to celebrate success.

Product and Marketing Team

The Product team dream up the new stuff and make it sexy, as well as keeping our current products at the forefront of the market. Product teams are responsible for setting the vision for our services and ensure we remain competitive.
Our awesome Marketing team then take these services and promote them to our existing and new customers as well as designing Go To Market strategies and some of the best videos you’ve ever seen!

The People team are all passionate about creating an engaging, supportive and rewarding environment for our people here. We endeavour to make your experience as seamless as possible when it comes to hiring, onboarding, development, reward and off boarding.

Sales and Service Team

The Sales and Service team, including our award-winning Contact Centre, sell our products, help to keep our customers happy and look after our various partnerships.

Legal and Risk Team

The Legal and Risk team are passionate about providing expert legal opinion, robust commercial decision making  and ensure that all operations are compliant with relevant legislation and that all risks are mitigated and thought through.
Project delivery is also within this team and pulls everything together so we can deliver a great outcome for our customers.

Finance Team

The Finance team at Paymark is small, nimble and efficient and ensures the financial, facilities management, service desk and commercial elements at Paymark are in good stead. We are tasked with providing stewardship of Paymark’s assets and ensuring the business is well supported to operate effectively and make well informed and considered decisions.

Most weeks I take part in the onsite massage and sometimes a quick exercise class. We also have a great wellbeing room, and are welcomed each morning with fresh fruit. It’s stuff like this that makes Paymark a great place to be!

Our award-winning Helpdesk team!

Our Contact Centre Helpdesk team are the heart and soul of Paymark.

Not only do we do fancy dress and shared lunches like no other, but we've also taken out Best Business Support Services at the CRM awards for 5 years running.

From time-to-time we look to add to the team, primarily with Customer Service Representatives. This is such a great entry level into our business, with lots of opportunities to move into other roles and teams across Paymark. As part of our help desk service team, you'll help Kiwi business succeed by handling all sorts of customer queries from Paymark-connected businesses up and down NZ.
