Our Contact Centre Helpdesk team are the heart and soul of Paymark.
Not only do we do fancy dress and shared lunches like no other, but we've also taken out Best Business Support Services at the CRM awards for 5 years running.
From time-to-time we look to add to the team, primarily with Customer Service Representatives. This is such a great entry level into our business, with lots of opportunities to move into other roles and teams across Paymark. As part of our help desk service team, you'll help Kiwi business succeed by handling all sorts of customer queries from Paymark-connected businesses up and down NZ.
